From the moment I arrived, the opulent decor and the serene atmosphere transported me to paradise. The staff were not only professional but genuinely caring, making me feel welcome throughout my stay.

The wait for check-in was quite lengthy, although the complimentary upgrade made it somewhat bearable. A little more efficiency would have enhanced the overall experience.

Had the most amazing time at this hotel! The pool area was super chill, and the staff were really friendly and always ready to help. I loved my Suite—it was just gorgeous! Did try some in-room breakfast. it was so good! Kinda sad about leaving, though, as I wished I could stay longer.

The spa is super relaxing, and the heated pool is perfect for unwinding. The gardens are stunning and peaceful. I loved my cozy suite with a fireplace!

We had a fantastic time with friends! The atmosphere was perfect, and we loved exploring the Tanneries and the Royal Tennis Harti. The rooms were cozy and the service was great. Tip, don’t miss out on their amazing breakfast—it’s a game changer!

The only downside was the noisy neighbors one night, which made it hard to sleep.

The peaceful ambiance and exceptional customer service, although communication was sometimes tricky, made our stay relaxing and enjoyable. The soothing Spanish lounge music by the pool enhanced the tranquil atmosphere.

I had a wonderful stay where I enjoyed a relaxing massage at the spa and took a refreshing dip in the heated pool. The atmosphere was nice and peaceful, perfect for unwinding. The only downside was the bathroom could have used a little updating, but it didn't take away from my overall great experience! 🌊

Moreover, the spaciousness of our Prestige Double Room created a comfortable retreat. The garden view from our room was serene and added to the overall tranquil atmosphere.

I stayed for 8 nights in a Senior Suite. The room was spacious with a comfortable bed and a fireplace. Breakfast was amazing and the food was high quality. The staff were really good and very attentive. A perfect getaway! 🌟

I spent four nights at the Palais Ronsard in a Prestige Double Room. The hotel’s interiors were stunning, with beautiful décor that immediately caught my eye. The heated swimming pool was a highlight. it felt great to unwind there after exploring the busy areas of Marrakesh. I appreciated the stunning gardens around the hotel. they offered a peaceful retreat from the city’s hustle. The staff were exceptionally friendly and attentive, responding quickly to any of my needs. However, one evening, I encountered an issue with noise coming from a nearby room, which was a bit disruptive. It would’ve been nice if there were better soundproofing in the hotel. The dining experience was excellent, with high-quality meals and an amazing breakfast selection each morning. Overall, this place is perfect for relaxation and enjoying the beauty of Marrakesh, despite the minor noise issue I faced during my stay.

Couple Retreat Excellence

I stayed for 6 nights and the staff were always attentive, always making sure we had everything we needed. The gym was surprisingly well-equipped,, and the heated pool was just the right temperature for a late-night dip after we explored the local area.

It wasn’t cheap,, but it was still worth every penny.
